Maggie Grace is an American actress who was born Margaret Grace Denig in 1983. Her most well-known roles are Shannon Rutherford, a character in ABC's Lost series and Kim Mills from the Taken trilogy. Originally from Worthington Ohio she left high school to move to Los Angeles with her mother when her parents separated. In 2001, despite her financial struggles it was possible get her first significant performance in the video online show Rachel's Room as the principal character. She belongs to the Gyllenhaal clan as well as the older sister of Jake Gyllenhaal. Her career began as a teenager with small parts in a few films directed that her father directed. The film was also nominated for the Academy Award of Best Adapted Screenplay.
